The Opportunity You will be based within a busy community pharmacy located in Inverkeithing, it provides excellent patient centred pharmaceutical care with a care home hub located in the branch. The ideal candidate should be commercially focused, patient orientated and have the ability to lead and develop our enthusiastic dispensary team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for and oversee the delivery of all aspects of the Scottish Pharmacy Contract and optimise the delivery of dispensing and professional services. You will be pivotal in building long term relationships with all key stakeholders to support the achievement of business goals and objectives whilst maintaining Company policies, procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills - To be Successful
- Previous experience in supervisory, managing or project roles.
- Previous experience of customer service is essential.
- Evidence of consistent delivery of key business metrics and can demonstrate how you have impacted on the performance of the businesses and the teams.
- Excellent communication skills, you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Hold an NVQ / SVQ 2 or NVQ / SVQ 3 or equivalent qualification in dispensing is preferred but not essential - training will be provided.

- A competitive salary – Monday – Friday, 40 hours, 09:00-17:30 (30 minutes unpaid break), working 2 Saturdays out of 4 9am-1pm.
