Introduction

Lindner Prater is looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Apprentice to join our team in Reigate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR knowledge and skills while gaining practical experience within a busy and supportive HR function.

About the Employer

Lindner Prater is one of the UK's leading specialist building envelope contractors, delivering innovative façade and envelope solutions on some of the country's most prestigious construction projects.

Our HR team supports the business by helping attract, develop and support our people, and this role will provide exposure to a wide range of HR activities.

What You'll Do

  • Support recruitment activity, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist with new starter onboarding, including preparing documentation and coordinating pre‑employment checks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
  • Support the administration of employee changes, including contractual amendments and leavers.
  • Assist the Payroll Supervisor with monthly payroll activities.
  • Coordinate training bookings and maintain learning and development records.
  • Produce HR reports and support HR data administration.
  • Support HR projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

No two days will be the same, and you will have the opportunity to learn about all areas of HR while developing valuable workplace skills.

We are looking for someone who is

A qualification or degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related subject would be helpful but is not essential.

Training Outcome

Once qualified, the applicant can progress to a Level 5 in Human Resources Management.
