Recruitment Advisor – Experienced Hire – Tax

Level 2 – Senior Associate

Location – London

Hybrid working – currently 3 days in our London office

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies in partnership with Tax leadership.
  • Direct Sourcing Expertise: Minimise agency reliance by cultivating talent pools and enhancing internal recruitment processes.
  • Market Intelligence: Utilise industry insights to inform sourcing strategies and address business needs proactively.
  • Agile Problem-Solving: Respond to changing business demands with innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish influential relationships and serve as a consultative partner to senior Tax leaders.
  • Excellence in Compliance & Reporting: Uphold high recruitment standards, delivering data-driven reports to guide decision-making.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Tax Sector Experience: Proven background in tax recruitment, with a comprehensive understanding of the sector\’s unique demands.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Ability to manage specialised roles and refine hiring processes based on robust data analysis.
  • Influential Strategy Development: Credibility to shape recruitment strategies with a focus on key performance metrics, including cost per hire, DE&I impact, and candidate source efficiency.
  • Direct Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in headhunting, leveraging job boards, and fostering referral programs to build, and maintain, diverse candidate pools.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Expertise in overseeing recruitment from start to finish, with a data-informed approach.
  • High-Performance Team Building: Experience in nurturing high-performing recruitment teams within an inclusive, results-oriented environment.
  • Adaptability and Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the agility to pivot as business needs evolve.
