Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) has always been at the forefront of visual effects, and our London studio is looking for a meticulous, proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us find the next generation of storytellers. In this essential maternity cover role, you won’t just be scheduling interviews, you’ll be the face of ILM for candidates and a vital partner to our hiring managers. Position Summary
Reporting to the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the London Recruitment Team to ensure the seamless operation of its activities and provides an excellent level of service to hiring managers, employees and candidates alike.
What You’ll Do
- Support the recruiting function with processes including: scheduling a high volume of interviews, reserving internal resources (rooms, attendants).
- Maintain the applicant tracking system and various sourcing reports (updating candidate information, logging interviews, and the hiring team’s feedback).
- Post job adverts on the careers website and maintain the database of live roles accordingly.
- Job requisition administration and designated req assigner duties.
- Update and prepare weekly reports for distribution to multiple ILM departments and locations.
- Respond to queries via the vacancies/recruitment inbox.
- Foster positive working relationships with all departments across Lucasfilm companies, internal/external clients, including hiring managers, new hires and candidates.
- Participate in global Talent Acquisition Coordinator projects as required.
- Support recruitment events (expos, job fairs) locally and globally.
- Assist the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition when required with administrative duties, calendar scheduling and special projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Recruiting or Human Resources, in an administrative capacity essential.
- Demonstrated experience positively interfacing as a member of a high profile team, and professionally representing an organisation to the public.
- Experience in customer service, sales, multi-tasking, project management, and event coordination.
- Professional communication, adapt verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
- Technologically competent, with a strong knowledge of Google Suite.
- Advanced use of LinkedIn, Job boards, Google Meet (or other conference call services) is beneficial.
- Understanding of an applicant tracking system is desired.
- Experience supporting and scheduling for a global business across multiple time zones.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high‑paced, changing work environment.
- Self‑directed, detail‑oriented, problem solver.
- Some travel required.
