The Role: We are seeking a compassionate, organised and motivated individual to join our team as Model Scout & Development. The right person needs to be passionate about the industry & growing our new talent base with a view to long‑term development and career investment. A knowledge of the industry, current trends and relevant faces is important, but extensive experience is not necessarily required if the individual has a great eye & is attentive to detail. A full, clean DBS check will be required & regularly updated. Exceptional personal management, customer-facing and presenting skills are required. The ability to manage and handle expectations whilst mutually creating a safe and welcoming work culture is essential. Importantly, the ethos of our brand and the utmost level of professionalism must be maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Scouting
- 3x day per week street scouting in London and the UK
- Oversee and manage UK street scouting schedule for self (and team/freelance scouts if applicable)
- Research demographically relevant scouting territories and events in London and the UK
- Meet parents and models when first visiting agencies
- Handle walk‑ins to include follow‑up
- Development Admin
- Arrange and manage introduction calls and meetings between new faces, parents, and new faces’ agents
- Development Management
- Arrange test shoots for New Faces and Main Board models according to agents’ strategy
- Chaperone talent to jobs if necessary in the UK and internationally
- Oversee and manage Foundation course in the summer months collaboratively with New Faces agent
- Oversee and manage mini workshops collaboratively with New Faces agent
- Research up‑and‑coming photographers and stylists and invite to agency/Google Meet
- Research up‑and‑coming publications and invite to agency/Google Meet
- Attend industry events where applicable
