Regional Transport Support

What you will enjoy doing

• You will provide central administrative and data management support across multiple transport depots and support operations within the Northern region
• As well as acting as a key point of contact for depot admin queries and support requests
• You will be responsible for maintaining system accuracy and ensuring transport data is correctly recorded, managed, and aligned across all locations
• In addition, you will support daily transport operations through coordination, data handling, and collaboration with Transport Managers, Coordinators, and Scheduling teams
• As part of this role you will travel to depots across the UK when required to align and standardise administrative activities
• You will provide weekend on-call support to ensure emergency orders are processed efficiently
• Responsible for maintaining effective record keeping, documentation, and compliance with required processes
• As well as identifying and resolving data discrepancies to improve data quality, consistency, and overall operational performance

• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, consistency, and quality
• In addition, you have a proven ability to manage and resolve data queries effectively and efficiently
• Excellent organisational skills with the capability to support multiple locations simultaneously
• You have strong communication skills with the ability to act as a central point of contact for key stakeholders
• Collaborative team player with experience supporting cross-functional operations
• You have a sound understanding of compliance requirements, documentation standards, and record-keeping processes
• Ability to prioritise workload, meet operational demands (including on-call support), travel across UK depots as required, and apply a proactive, problem-solving approach to resolving data discrepancies
