BOC Limited, a Linde company is seeking a National Fleet Maintenance Manager based in Brinsworth or any UK Major Hub, United Kingdom.
What you will enjoy doing:
- You will lead our internal Vehicle Maintenance Network and work closely with a team of technical experts.
- This role will suit someone looking to move into a dynamic multi-site national role, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders, representing an opportunity to lead and develop our highly skilled Vehicle Maintenance Technicians.
- The role ensures garage operations are safe, compliant, efficient, and well aligned to transport and fleet requirements across Bulk, PGP, and Cryospeed operations.

- You will have a central focus on embedding prioritisation investment and a smarter way of working into day-to-day operations, using clear standards, data, and collaborative problem-solving to improve utilisation, reduce downtime, and support long-term efficiency.
- You will work closely with the Business Manager – Fleet Services and Fleet Technical Authorities, and act as a key partner to Transport, Fleet Strategy, Procurement, and external suppliers.
