What you will enjoy doing
- You will take responsibility for planning the work of all bulk drivers and vehicles operating continuously throughout the week.
- You shall act as the first point of contact for all customer requests related to bulk product deliveries.
- In this role, you will manage bulk gas stocks across thousands of customer storage vessels, supporting critical continuous processes.
- You are expected to resolve customer delivery-related issues promptly during your shift, maintaining strong operational links with drivers and customer contacts.
- You will communicate effectively with staff at all levels within customer organizations, including senior management.
- You will plan the utilization of vehicle and driver resources to deliver a service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- You will operate with a focus on minimizing logistics costs while maintaining high service standards.
- You will provide a proactive interface with the Market Sector Sales team, reporting customer service issues immediately to account managers and senior leadership.
