- Lead, support and develop teams across multiple sites, fostering a culture ofinclusion, respect and high performance. Manage budgets, resourceplanning, and productivity, using data and insights to support continuousimprovement and equitable resource
- Collaboratewith colleagues in Sales, Production and customer Service to ensuretransport operations are aligned with shared business goals
- Businesscontinuity. Mandatory governance of both The Wembley and Harlow sites.

- Transport Manager CPC is required
- Experienceof managing a transport function across multiple sites with a focus ofcollaboration and service delivery
- Familiaritywith SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) standards andapproaches to managing operational risk
- Experiencemanaging budgets and performance using KPi's with a strong focus on continuousimprovement and accountability
- Strongleadership and people skills including experience building positive workingrelationships in a unionized workplace environment
- NEBOSHand ADR qualifications are desirable. We are committed to supportingtraining and development in these area's
- Knowledgeof industrial gases or similar sectors is a plus, but not essential
- Demonstrateintegrity and inclusive leadership, role modelling behaviors that contribute toa respectful, safe and welcoming workplace
