What makes you great

  • You have a degreequalification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or arelated discipline, or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience
  • You have 3-5years' experience leading production teams in a manufacturing, aerospace,precision engineering, coating, or other regulated industrial environment
  • Further, you have a proventrack record of delivering measurable improvements in Safety, Quality,Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and Operational Excellence
  • Strongexperience in production planning, capacity management, resourceoptimisation, and execution of customer-driven production schedules round up you profile
  • You have demonstratedsuccess implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement,Management Daily Improvement (MDI), Leadership Standard Work, and visualmanagement systems
  • LeanSix Sigma Green Belt (or higher), IOSH/NEBOSH qualification, and knowledgeof AS9100 quality systems and structured problem-solving methodologies arehighly desirable
