What you will enjoy doing
- Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with government bodies, regulatory agencies, advocacy groups, and external stakeholders
- You will play a crucial role infostering positive relationships that align with the company’s mission, advancing policy goals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Acting as the primary liaison between the organization and external entities and plays a key role in shaping public policy, advocating for the company’s interests, and building the company’s reputation in the public and governmental spheres
- Responsibilities will include planning, managing, and executing the acquisition, merger, and/or divestiture processes to support the strategic growth objectives of the company
- You will require a level of expertise in financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Additionally you will have great visibility playing a critical role in identifying potential acquisition targets,assessing risks and opportunities, negotiating deals, and facilitating smoothpost-merger integration

- Bachelor’sdegree in Political Science, Public Administration, Business, Law,Communications, or a related field
- Amaster’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
