The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will be responsible for leading sales and operational performance across hardgoods field sales, telephone sales, orders and enquiries teams.
Working with senior stakeholders to develop customer relationships and support contract and pricing negotiations.
You will manage our two largest hardgoods customers with a combined value of approximately £3.6 million.
As well as acting as a key agent for change by developing, implementing and driving business continuity planning, salesforce governance and process excellence.
You will provide regular in-person field sales coaching and capability development to strengthen team performance.
This role will collaborate with product management, marketing and Packaged Gas Products sales teams to optimise hardgoods strategy and deliver profitable growth.
