You will play a key part in strengthening our quality culture and supporting both customers and colleagues. You will be leading quality improvement initiatives that directly enhance customer satisfaction. Supporting production teams by investigating non-conformances, identifying root causes, and helping implement practical solutions will be part of your role. Additionally, you will be working closely with the site management team to improve processes, projects, and day-to-day activities.
Ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, including reporting KPIs and analysing data to support investigations will be part of your role. You will be conducting internal audits, reviewing documentation, and maintaining accurate records. You will help develop quality standards, corrective actions, and follow-up plans. Reviewing customer quality specifications and ensuring they are effectively implemented internally and representing the quality function during customer visits and communicating clearly and confidently will be part of your role. You will be liaising with suppliers and external service providers to maintain high standards. Providing training, coaching, and support to shop-floor teams on quality topics will be part of your role.

- A degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience in a quality-driven environment is preferred.
- You have good project management skills and lead auditor experience.
- Experience in aerospace, lean activities, or human factors is desirable.
- Familiarity with FMEA and statistical tools such as Minitab is desirable.
