Responsibilities
Join the heart of our organisation in a dynamic cover role across the Midlands, delivering exceptional customer service in our retail stores. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple locations, build strong networks, and gain valuable experience while representing our brand and values within the community. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the ‘best in class’ service, all while learning, developing, and supporting our teams wherever needed. You will actively contribute to making the stores a success and ensure it meets its sales targets by participating in activities such as national promotions. Working as part of a hardworking and close-knit team you will take pride in your work and the store. You will work in a safety-first environment, where you will actively promote safe practices and information to all and assist the store manager where necessary with any internal tasks. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by bringing new ideas and improvements to the store. As part of this role, there will be an element of manual handling and forklift driving but full training will be provided by us, with the sufficient equipment to support you in doing the job safely.

This role offers a salary of £34,000, circa £3,000 on target annual bonus, and a competitive benefits package. We offer 25 days paid leave and a selection of other flexible leave benefits.
