  • You will lead the maintenance and engineering function, ensuring plant, equipment and infrastructure operate safely, reliably and in full compliance with legal and company requirements
  • Also develop and deliver maintenance, reliability and engineering strategies that improve asset performance, increase operational efficiency and reduce lifecycle costs
  • You will Inspire, coach and develop the engineering team, building capability, supporting succession planning and fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
  • You will drive engineering improvement and capital projects that enhance reliability, energy efficiency and operational performance while delivering measurable business value
  • As well as overseeing statutory inspections and regulatory compliance programmes, you will ensure planned maintenance activities are executed effectively to maintain safe and compliant operations
  • In this position you will play a key role in optimising maintenance resources, budgets and critical spare parts management to minimise downtime, improve cost effectiveness and support uninterrupted production activities
