This is an exciting role that will shape Customer Engineering Services (CES) future way of working, reporting into the Digital Transformation Manager within our Business Management function. You will identify and deliver digital business improvement initiatives and ensure that the business can meet the short- and medium-term organisational performance goals. Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of processes, you will identify areas for improvement and make recommendations β you will question the status quo, streamline and/or eliminate ineffective processes.
You will be directly involved in the delivery of digital projects, responsible for implementing less complex initiatives and for more complex initiatives acting as a key conduit between CES, the process automation team, IT and other digital departments. The initiatives will provide a range of benefits for BOC, CES colleagues and our customers including efficiency and productivity, meeting changing needs and expectations, growth, Safety Health Environment and Quality (SHEQ) or regulatory compliance. Some initiatives may span across multiple teams and departments. Furthermore, you will develop and deliver training on digital tools and share best practice with the business. You always have the user and customers at the heart of any development. You work collaboratively with local and global peers, other internal functions and external providers to select and develop the best, lean solution to meet the specific need.
