You will lead our internal Vehicle Maintenance Network and work closely with a team of technical experts. This role will suit someone looking to move into a dynamic multi-site national role, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders. It represents an opportunity to lead and develop our highly skilled Vehicle Maintenance Technicians. The role ensures garage operations are safe, compliant, efficient, and well aligned to transport and fleet requirements across Bulk, PGP, and Cryospeed operations. It plays a key role in enabling reliable operational delivery through strong asset availability, effective use of resources, and continuous performance improvement.

You will have a central focus on embedding prioritisation investment and a smarter way of working into day-to-day operations, using clear standards, data, and collaborative problem-solving to improve utilisation, reduce downtime, and support long-term efficiency. You will work closely with the Business Manager – Fleet Services and Fleet Technical Authorities, and act as a key partner to Transport, Fleet Strategy, Procurement, and external suppliers.
