The predicted salary is between 28350 - 34650 £ per year.

You will take responsibility for planning the work of all bulk drivers and vehicles operating continuously throughout the week. You shall act as the first point of contact for all customer requests related to bulk product deliveries. In this role, you will manage bulk gas stocks across thousands of customer storage vessels, supporting critical continuous processes. You are expected to resolve customer delivery-related issues promptly during your shift, maintaining strong operational links with drivers and customer contacts. You will communicate effectively with staff at all levels within customer organizations, including senior management.

Furthermore, you will plan the utilization of vehicle and driver resources to deliver a service that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Additionally, you will operate with a focus on minimizing logistics costs while maintaining high service standards. Lastly, you will provide a proactive interface with the Market Sector Sales team, reporting customer service issues immediately to account managers and senior leadership.
