About The Role

The Linde MH UK NKA Contract Manager role is all about dynamic relationship leadership. The contract manager is responsible for the operational delivery and customer relationship management throughout the life of the contract, working in close partnership with the respective National Key Account Manager and the National business functions. You'll expertly mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions, adapting to the diverse and evolving demands of our most significant national and international accounts. This is a pivotal role in boosting customer retention, optimizing service delivery, enhancing financial outcomes, and consistently championing the customer's perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate customer support and life service management for the account portfolio
  • Ownership of customer communication and stakeholder management
  • Recommend innovative continuous improvement for our customer base to increase efficiencies for the customer and maximise profitability for the business through effective fleet management

The role is home based with attachment to Linde MH UK Head Office Basingstoke. Frequent business travel to Head Office, our depots, customer sites and suppliers is required; with occasional International travel.
