The Territory Sales Manager's role is pivotal in understanding and addressing the full demand for material handling products and solutions within a defined postcode area. As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM), you will be expected to take the lead in all Linde sales activities. You will achieve and exceed the territory objectives for new trucks (coverage, market share and order intake) and end user used trucks (shipments) providing frontline leadership to the field-based sales team to acquire new business, whilst maintaining and growing business from existing customers, within East Anglia, Kent, Essex and London.

Tasks And Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must proactively promote all Linde products to our customers and prospective clients. To accomplish this, you should:
- Achieve set targets for New and Used truck sales, market share, and market coverage, while ensuring profitability.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, after sales, and rental, to maintain and expand our total business.
- Thoroughly record all personal and customer activity on the company CRM system to enhance our understanding of the market.
- Maintain a Growth Mindset approach to training, continually seeking opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
- Solution Selling Competency levels to be in line with the latest solution selling competency framework guidelines by role.
- Work with Kion Intralogistics to offer full tailored solutions for our customers which include Very Narrow Aisle, Racking solutions and Automation.
Minimum Skills And Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Business Management (or relevant experience)
- Professional written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate and interact with people at all levels collaboratively and cross-functionally.
- Comfortable in Customer facing situations (including presenting), with strong Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to simultaneously manage business, people and customer specific workloads
- Excellent commercial judgment, cost awareness and a hands‑on entrepreneurial approach
- Demonstrable professional sales or business management experience with a preferred capital equipment/machinery/industrial sales background
- Good levels of numeracy / literacy / IT skills
- Ability to Maintain and achieve monthly targets and goals
- Energetic, organised, self‑motivated and pro‑active
- Ability to identify, negotiate and close sales opportunities
