Field Service Engineer responsible for preventative maintenance on a variety of material handling equipment, servicing Linde forklifts and other equipment at customer sites. Location London and Oxford areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and rectify faults in material handling equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts, pallet trucks, VNA trucks, automated trucks, and related plant equipment.
- Service equipment at customer sites and maintain accurate records.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications
- Experience as a forklift technician, plant fitter, plant technician, vehicle technician or similar.
- Background in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulics engineering.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence (Field and Resident Engineers only).
- Comfortable using IT equipment for accurate record keeping.
