As a Field Service Engineer, you will work in the world of material handling, navigating our extensive lineup of products—from agile pallet trucks to robust counterbalance machines, and cutting‑edge very narrow aisle (VNA) trucks to innovative automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues on Linde forklifts and other state‑of‑the‑art material handling equipment.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to keep fleet running smoothly.
  • Provide on‑site service at various customer locations, traveling as required.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional support.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a vehicle technician or mechanical engineer, preferably forklift technician, plant fitter, or plant technician.
  • Hands‑on experience with plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners (highly desirable).
  • Comfortable using IT equipment and handling accurate records.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification is ideal, but not essential.
