STILL Materials Handling Ltd is part of the KION Group, one of the world's leading manufacturers of forklift trucks, warehouse, and material handling equipment. We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Solutions Expert to join our team.
What We Offer:
- The main focus of the role is to support the Sales Director as the subject matter expert of STILL's connected digital tools.
- You will work to support our sales team in offering our customers and prospects solutions to optimize fleet performance, integrate with WMS platforms, and unlock the value of visual data through emerging technologies like Digital Twins.
- You will collaborate with our Direct and Dealer Sales teams and technical specialists to deliver high-impact, tailored solutions across warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- 39.5-hour working week, 0800-1630, Monday-Thursday & 0800-1600 on Fridays, including hybrid working.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Who are we looking for? To be considered for this role, you will need experience in the following areas:
- Background in digital B2B sales, ideally in logistics, software, or industrial technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and fleet operations, with experience in digital transformation projects.
- Ability to articulate the value of simulation, modelling, and digital insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or digital twin platforms is highly desirable.
- Confident communicator, relationship builder, and problem solver.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Good commercial acumen.
- Self-starter and team player, with strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Basic product knowledge would be desirable.
