What you will enjoy doing
- You will support the Finance SSC business with major system implementations and transitions.
- You will lead the business transition from PDF invoicing to Electronic invoicing across multiple European countries (both inbound & outbound).
- Mapping and tracking project timelines, progress, risks & dependencies to drive successful execution and on-time delivery will be part of your role.
- You will develop project plans, milestones and status updates while collaborating with cross-functional teams to document and fully understand business requirements.
- You will act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Additionally, you will document, validate business requirements translating them into action items and deliverables.
What makes you great
- You hold a certification in PMP or relevant Project Management.
- Demonstrating strong data analyses and problem-solving skills suits your profile.
- You maintain strong organisation skills and project coordination skills, effectively managing tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- You have the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate across different functional teams and manage stakeholders.
- Additionally, you have previous experience of managing projects involving finance and new system implementations.
- You have experience using tools such as Excel, Oracle, Power BI.
