What you will enjoy doing
In this role you will plan and carry out key quality functions within the organization and be responsible for control and management of all routine quality assurance tasks. You will lead and influence quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and collaborate with the site management team to continually improve projects, processes, and daily activities. Assisting production within the resolution of non-conformances, providing timely investigation into the root cause and working closely with shop floor personnel to understand improvement opportunities will be part of your role. You will ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Reporting of KPIs, data analysis to support investigations and monthly analysis will form part of your role. You will be conducting internal audits to customer and internal documentation, being able to verify and file the evidence of the reviews. In addition, development of corrective actions and monitoring progress for closure will be part of your role. Further, you will review customer quality specifications and implementation within internal systems, managing records.

- A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is advantageous.
- Experience in the aerospace industry and Nadcap is desirable.
