European Finance Project Manager (FTC)

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• You will support the Finance SSC business with major system implementations and transitions


• You will lead the business transition from PDF invoicing to Electronic invoicing across multiple European countries. (both inbound & outbound)


• Mapping and tracking project timelines, progress, risks & dependencies to drive successful execution and on time delivery will be part of your role


• You will develop project plans, milestones and status updates while collaborating with cross-functional teas to document and fully understand business requirements


• You will act as a liaison between business user and technical teams


• Additionally, you will document, validate business requirements translating them into action items and deliverables

What Makes You Great

• You hold a certification in PMP or relevant Project Management


• Demonstrating strong data analyses and problem solving skills suits your profile


• You maintain strong organisation skills and project coordination skills, effectively managing tasks and priorities simultaneously


• You have the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate across different functional teams and manage stakeholders


• Additionally, you have previous experience of managing projects involving finance and new system implementations


• You have experience using tools such as Excel, Oracle, Power BI

Salary range: £45,000 - £55,000
