We are looking for a proactive IT Operations & Automation Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations while driving automation and process improvements across the company. This is a hands-on role combining internal IT support, device management, and automation. You will act as a key point of contact for employees, while continuously improving systems to make operations more efficient, scalable, and reliable.

What You Will Do

  • Design and implement automation to reduce manual IT tasks (onboarding, access management, reporting, monitoring)
  • Develop scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Identify inefficiencies and improve processes through tooling and workflows
  • Provide first and second-line support across hardware, software, and SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, macOS, Windows, VPN, networking)
  • Act as an escalation point for IT issues and operational alerts
  • Maintain clear and up-to‑date internal documentation
  • Manage device provisioning (laptops), configuration, and inventory
  • Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, access, offboarding)
  • Administer Google Workspace, identity/access systems, and cloud services (AWS preferred)
  • Support networking, VPN, and monitoring systems across environments

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or similar
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across devices, SaaS platforms, and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with scripting/automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
  • Hands‑on experience with Google Workspace administration
  • Comfortable supporting end users and managing service desk requests

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS or cloud infrastructure
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Experience with ticketing systems and SLAs
  • Awareness of security/compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
  • Relevant certifications (AWS, CompTIA, Google IT)
