We’re looking for a CRM Promotions Executive to manage the day‑to‑day execution of our CRM calendar across all channels. This hands‑on role focuses on BAU campaign delivery for active, lapsed, reactivated, and loyal customers, including building, scheduling, QA’ing, and launching campaigns via email, SMS, push, onsite messaging, and web pop‑ups, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You’ll work closely with the Senior CRM Manager and partner with Marketing Ops, Creative Design, Product, and wider marketing teams to coordinate assets, manage segmentation, maintain documentation, and support performance reporting. This role suits someone highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Build, schedule, and launch CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and onsite messaging (daily, weekly, ad‑hoc).
  • Execute promotional, engagement, and retention campaigns per the CRM calendar.
  • Translate briefs into accurate, well‑built customer communications with proper segmentation, targeting, and personalisation.
  • Manage campaign timelines, end‑to‑end QA, and ensure compliance/regulatory standards.
  • Maintain documentation, version control, and monitor delivery, flagging any issues.
  • Coordinate creative and copy needs with design/content teams and collaborate with Marketing Ops and stakeholders.
  • Support wider marketing initiatives and BAU CRM activity.
  • Assist with reporting on performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue) and track KPIs.
  • Identify improvements and support ongoing optimisation of CRM campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year experience in CRM, email marketing, or marketing operations roles.
  • Proven hands‑on experience using a CRM platform (e.g. Optimove, Dotdigital, Salesforce, Marketo, Responsys, Eloqua, Neolane or similar).
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, segmentation and deployment processes.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong QA mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑led environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Industry experience is a plus but not a requirement or strict necessity.
