MrQ is looking for a Casino Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the online Casino and Marketing Function. This role focuses on maintaining the casino lobby, coordinating game releases, assisting with promotions, and ensuring the smooth running of casino content. It is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within the online gaming industry.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in managing the online casino lobby, including game categorization, visibility, and placement.
  • Help coordinate the release of new games by preparing game details, assets, and testing.
  • Track daily casino performance metrics (e.g., top games, player activity) and flag any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of game content, configurations, and updates.
  • Support the creation and setup of casino promotions, free spins campaigns, and tournaments.
  • Work with CRM and marketing teams to prepare briefs and ensure correct promotion setup.
  • Monitor live promotions to ensure everything runs correctly and report any issues promptly.
  • Communicate with game suppliers to request assets, confirm release schedules, and resolve minor issues.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Product, Compliance) to support casino-related activities.
  • Assist in ensuring games meet regulatory requirements in different markets.
  • Conduct basic QA checks on new games, promotions, and lobby updates on both desktop and mobile.
  • Help prepare documentation for audits or internal reviews.
  • Pull reports on game performance, player behavior, and promotional activity.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance summaries for senior casino staff.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in online casino, gaming operations, CRM, marketing, or a related field (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
