We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to shape and scale how learning happens across the organisation. As the business continues to grow, this role will be key in building structured, high-impact development programmes that support both individual growth and company performance. You will work closely with People and business leaders to define a clear L&D strategy, embed a strong learning culture, and ensure our people are equipped with the skills needed to succeed now and in the future. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution.

What You Will Do

  • Define and deliver the company‑wide Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals
  • Design and implement scalable learning programmes (e.g. onboarding, leadership development, performance enablement)
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and create targeted learning solutions
  • Conduct training needs analysis across teams and levels
  • Own and continuously improve the learning infrastructure (LMS, tools, content)
  • Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and iterate based on data and feedback
  • Support managers in building and executing development plans for their teams
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and growth across the organisation

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, ideally in a fast‑paced, scaling environment
  • Track record of designing and delivering end‑to‑end L&D programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels of the business
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical, impactful learning solutions
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring learning impact and effectiveness
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands‑on
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience with learning technologies (e.g. LMS) and digital learning tools is a plus
