Senior Casino Executive

Sitting directly beneath the Senior Casino Manager and acting as a deputy across the function, the role owns the day‑to‑day running of the casino: managing relationships across our portfolio of 35+ game providers (Tier B–C), keeping content live, compliant and commercially optimised, and acting as the internal content expert.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end casino game release roadmap, from planning and testing to go-live.
• Manage game content, merchandising and lobby optimisation to maximise player engagement and commercial performance.
• Build and manage relationships with 35+ game providers, driving supplier performance, promotions and new content opportunities.
• Lead casino operations, resolving content and supplier issues while continuously improving processes.
• Partner with Marketing, CRM and cross‑functional teams to deliver promotions, campaigns and content initiatives.
• Use AI-driven insights and commercial analysis to optimise portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities and support revenue strategy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, manage key stakeholder relationships and deputise for the Senior Casino Manager when required.

What We're Looking For

• Online casino experience (essential): 2+ years' experience in a casino content, operations or commercial role, with hands‑on experience in the UK online casino market.
• Operational ownership: Proven ability to independently manage day‑to‑day casino operations, including content, lobby management, game releases and issue resolution.
• Supplier & stakeholder management: Experience managing game provider relationships, negotiating commercial opportunities, and collaborating effectively across cross‑functional teams.
• Technical & data proficiency: Confident using casino back‑office systems, lobby tooling, spreadsheets and performance reporting to manage content and operations.
• Commercial & financial acumen: Demonstrated ability to use performance data to drive revenue and player KPIs, alongside provider reconciliations and finance queries.
• AI & analytical capability: Comfortable leveraging AI and data tools to improve efficiency, accelerate reporting and turn insights into commercial actions.
• Communication & leadership: Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders, work collaboratively across the business and support or mentor junior team members.
