MrQ is an award-winning online casino launched in 2018. We focus on technology, performance, and fun. Due to our explosive growth, we are looking for talented individuals to join us in our quest for world domination.

As a Product Designer in our Games Tribe at MrQ, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Stakeholders, and Data Insights teams within the tribe. Your role involves using data-driven insights to inform design decisions for our game browsing, discovery, and presentation experiences, ensuring user-centric and engaging solutions. You will work both independently and collaboratively to innovate and enhance how players explore and interact with our games.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with your tribe, including Product Managers, Engineers, Stakeholders, and Data Insights, to drive design decisions based on analytics, addressing user needs and business goals effectively.
  • Lead End-to-End Design: Manage the entire design process from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation, ensuring a seamless player journey through our game interfaces.
  • Manage Design Systems: Develop and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and scalability, tailored to game discovery and browsing experiences.
  • Balance Independent and Team Work: Handle projects with initiative and teamwork, contributing to a culture of innovation within the Games Tribe.
  • Contribute Strategically: Propose innovative ideas and enhancements aligned with our product vision to improve game browsing and discovery.

What We\’re Looking For

  • A portfolio demonstrating understanding of design principles and a data-informed approach, especially around discovery, browsing, and content presentation.
  • Minimum of 3 years in product design, with expertise in UI/UX, collaboration with data teams, and experience with user testing in content discovery.
  • Proficiency in Figma (including prototyping), Adobe Suite, and Usertesting.com.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts and collaborate effectively.
  • An adaptable, resourceful mindset for independent and team work.
  • Experience with developing and applying design systems in Agile environments.
