What You Will Do
- Own the CEO’s time end-to-end, ensuring it is aligned to priorities and protected from low-value noise.
- Manage complex scheduling, trade-offs, and last-minute changes without disruption.
- Handle all travel and logistics, including visas, itineraries, and expenses.
- Manage weekly Leadership meetings and quarterly off-sites.
- Prepare high-quality materials for LT/Company meetings, exec sessions, and external engagements.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal teams, investors, and partners.
- Track decisions and actions, ensuring follow-through and accountability.
- Take the lead on building and delivering the monthly All Hands slides.
Personal & Property Management
- Support the CEO’s personal investments.
- Manage Airbnb hosting end-to-end, including guest experience, bookings, and maintenance.
- Oversee personal admin, appointments, and household logistics.
- Handle sensitive personal and financial matters with complete discretion.
- Solve problems quickly and quietly, without creating additional noise.
- Ensure personal and family commitments are built into the CEO's schedule and don't get swallowed by the business.
- Step into ad hoc projects and shifting business/personal priorities as needed.
