Arden Lodge is a residential care home in Acocks Green, Birmingham, providing care for up to 44 residents. We have dedicated staff who work on a person-centred approach, supporting residents in a respectful and empathic manner. We are currently recruiting for a Night Care Assistant to join our friendly team. The role will require you to provide the best possible care and support to our residents, ensuring their needs are a priority. If you are a compassionate person who cares with heart, we would like to hear from you. This is a full-time permanent position:
- 24 hours per week – 12 hour shifts
- Location – Acocks Green
- £12.51 per hour
Overall duties include:
- Personal Care
- Assisting with mealtimes
- Promoting independence
- Provide companionship
- Ensuring residents receive the highest possible quality of care and support
- Developing a rapport with residents and their families
