Arden Lodge is a residential care home in Acocks Green, Birmingham, providing care for up to 44 residents. We have dedicated staff who work on a person-centred approach, supporting residents in a respectful and empathic manner. We are currently recruiting for a Night Care Assistant to join our friendly team. The role will require you to provide the best possible care and support to our residents, ensuring their needs are a priority. If you are a compassionate person who cares with heart, we would like to hear from you. This is a full-time permanent position:

  • 24 hours per week – 12 hour shifts
  • Location – Acocks Green
  • £12.51 per hour

Overall duties include:

  • Personal Care
  • Assisting with mealtimes
  • Promoting independence
  • Provide companionship
  • Ensuring residents receive the highest possible quality of care and support
  • Developing a rapport with residents and their families

The ideal candidate will have:
