Your mission at LINDAL is to be part of a well-established Manufacturing Team either on Day shift or Night Shift. No experience necessary. Full training programme to become a well-rounded Production Operator. Opportunities with multiple career progression pathways.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, oversee and control machines and equipment within the production environment.
- Construct and build components utilizing manual tools and machinery.
- Use simple maths to verify precise dimensions.
- Manage supplies and instruments within our Health and Safety rules and procedures.
- Carry out inspections to confirm items adhere to our quality standards.
- Prepare documentation for completed goods for packaging.
- Operate several machines simultaneously.
- Boxing and preparing items for handovers and distribution.
- Inspecting products for quality and completing necessary documentation.
- Identifying and helping resolve malfunctions in the production environment.
Your profile:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable performing tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Prior background as a machine operator or in a related position is desirable (but not necessary).
- Good fundamentals in Maths and written English.
