Demand Planner

As the Demand planner you will be key in supporting our Operations, Production and Supply Chain Team.

Your skills and attributes will contribute to the smooth running of our organisation.

Main Duties:

· Sales Order Process Management

· Customer Forecasting

· Daily management of new orders/amendments

· Demand Planning & Production Scheduling

· Prepare works order for production runs

· Liaise with customer service teams to understand customer requirements

· Sales/Operations/Supply Chain Reporting

· Create Weekly despatch plan in co-ordination with warehouse/customer service team

· Updating BOM’s/Setting up New Codes

· Customer service to our biggest customer

· Barcode Label Preparation

• Minimum 2 -3 years production planning

• Advanced Excel user

• MRP experience and ERP System usage

• Multi machine planning/scheduling

• Experience in manufacturing processes (Ideally moulding/multi component BOM’s)

• Report Creation

• IT Skills- MS Office

• GCSE English and Mathematics qualification to a minimum level grade C (or equivalent)

• Lean Manufacturing Experience (Desired not necessary), * Strong communication skills, verbally and written.

• Flexible to different requests

• Good organization skills

• Multi tasking in specific busy periods/Able to Prioritise tasks

• Ability to work under pressure, remain calm in stressful situations

• Positive can to attitude

• Trustworthy, integrity.

• Self motivated

• Ability to work within/as a team
