Your Role
The Shift Lead is responsible for the safe, efficient, and high‑quality operation of the assigned production or technical area during the shift. The role leads and coordinates shift teams, ensures achievement of operational targets, resolves day‑to‑day issues, and enforces compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. The position acts as the primary link between shopfloor teams and management during the shift.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise shift teams, including task allocation, workload prioritization, and staffing coverage.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards and act as role model for safe behavior.
- Monitor operational performance (output, downtime, quality, KPIs) and take immediate corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Prioritize and coordinate response to equipment issues, breakdowns, or process disruptions in collaboration with Engineering and Maintenance.
- Ensure proper execution of production, maintenance, and changeover activities according to standards and schedules.
- Communicate shift performance, issues, and handover information clearly to the next shift and management.
- Support team development through on‑the‑job guidance, training, and enforcement of procedures and work instructions.

Your Profile
- Technical or production background in a manufacturing environment
- 3–5 Years of relevant experience in a similar role/function
- English A2 – Elementary
- Solid knowledge in: Team Development, Employee Relations Communication, Continuous Improvement, Training, Root Cause Analysis, Cross‑functional Collaboration, Management of People (Performance & Accountability), Lean Management, Industrial Engineering.
