Location: Bilston

Salary: Up to £31,000.00

Reports to: Sales Manager (or relevant department lead)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 16:30pm

We’re looking for a motivated Internal Sales & Estimator to join our dynamic team at our Bilston headquarters. This is a key role in supporting sales growth, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring outstanding customer service. If you’re commercially aware, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate quotations and estimates for customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities through research and proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality management standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or estimating (industry experience preferred but not essential).
  • Strong knowledge of estimating techniques and cost analysis.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • GCSE-level education or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of HVAC and ventilation products (advantageous).
  • IT proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimates.
  • Positive attitude and ability to build strong customer relationships.

The Package:

  • Salary: £29,000 – £31,000 per year.
  • 33 days annual leave + 8 days statutory Bank Holidays and a Christmas / New Years closure.
