Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 16:30pm
We’re looking for a motivated Internal Sales & Estimator to join our dynamic team at our Bilston headquarters. This is a key role in supporting sales growth, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring outstanding customer service. If you’re commercially aware, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate quotations and estimates for customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities through research and proactive engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality management standards.
- Previous experience in sales or estimating (industry experience preferred but not essential).
- Strong knowledge of estimating techniques and cost analysis.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- GCSE-level education or equivalent.
- Knowledge of HVAC and ventilation products (advantageous).
- IT proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Email).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to sales.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimates.
- Positive attitude and ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Salary: £29,000 – £31,000 per year.
- 33 days annual leave + 8 days statutory Bank Holidays and a Christmas/New Years closure.
