Our client, a growing professional services firm based in Manchester city centre, is looking for an organised and proactive PA & Office Administrator to support their senior team and wider office. This is a varied role that combines administration support, office administration, and team coordination in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- PA Support: Provide administrative assistance to two senior partners, including managing emails, diaries, and scheduling.
- Office Administration: Arrange meetings and provide support to the wider team.
- Document formatting and preparation.
- Oversee general office requirements such as stationery, printers, kitchen/communal areas, and meeting rooms.
- Meet and greet visitors and clients.
- Assist with planning and organising events.
- Debt Management: Monitor and support the management of outstanding debtors.
- General Team Support: Provide ad-hoc admin and inputting tasks as required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
- A confident communicator, both in person and over email/phone.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy office.
- Professional, approachable, and able to build good working relationships across the business.
- Experience within the property consultancy industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.
