Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking experienced Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Kitchen Porter plays a vital role in supporting the culinary staff by ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. This will be an open plan kitchen and there will be contact with customers. Responsibilities * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. * Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking. * Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and in good working order. * Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed. * Support chefs during busy service periods by helping with basic cooking tasks when required. * Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the kitchen environment. * Assist in receiving deliveries and storing supplies appropriately.
