Our client is a high profile, luxury hotel looking to recruit a spa manager to work in their new luxury spa in County Kerry in Ireland. This is a full-time position and you will be responsible for overseeing daily spa operations. This role includes managing customer experience, addressing guest feedback and supporting the team to deliver consistently high levels of client satisfaction whilst driving business growth.
As part of the management team you will work to optimise spa services, offerings and promotional activities to generate revenue.
- Strong management skills, having worked as a Spa, Beauty or Clinic Manager or in an Assistant Manager capacity leading a team
- High levels of customer service skills to manage guest relationships and promote the spa
- Business acumen to support financial planning, cost control, and revenue optimisation
- Previous experience working in luxury spa, beauty or wellness environments
- Qualified Beauty or Massage therapist
- Ability to relocate to Ireland
- Previous management experience
