We are recruiting for an experienced hands-on Skin Clinic Manager. This role is best suited to someone who has a strong beauty management background, is highly organised and likes to be actively present working closely with the team.
Daily responsibilities include
- Driving revenue and maximising booking capacity
- Converting enquiries into bookings
- Maximising re-bookings and building client loyalty for the brand
- Ensuring consistent treatment standards to meet and exceed client expectations
- Supporting the team encouraging them to meet their targets
- Leading by example, being present to build client and team loyalty
- Stepping in to deliver facial treatments in emergencies
- Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
Salary £45,000 – £50,000
