We are looking for a driven luxury Sales Associate to work in our beautiful central London Store.

About the Role

  • Demonstrate an excellent sales ability by playing an active role on the selling floor.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver amazing customer service and exceptional product knowledge.
  • Ensure all KPI targets and expectations are delivered.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to aid the development of a client book and returning customer base.
  • Work as a team to ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization.
  • Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed.
  • Ensuring cashing up and EOD reporting is executed correctly.
  • Assist the management team in resolving all client issues/complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Assist with deliveries, visual merchandising and maintaining a tidy back of house.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years Retail Experience.
  • Experience with high-end luxury product.
