The Wholesale Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key accounts and distribution partners in targeted international markets.
Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition: Proactively seek and engage new business opportunities within target markets. Build and manage a pipeline through outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing international key accounts and distributors, ensuring consistent brand representation and sales performance within daily emails, calls and general queries.
- Market Analysis: Use insights to identify and evaluate new business opportunities and assess customer needs, market gaps, and emerging trends within targeted international markets.
- Trade Marketing: Support in planning and executing trade marketing initiatives that drive visibility, demand, and sell-through across channels.
- Distributor and Agent Support: Provide strategic guidance, sales tools, training, and marketing support to help drive growth and optimise brand visibility.
- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records in the client sales system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure that partners uphold brand standards in merchandising, pricing, and customer experience.
- Relationship: Serve as the primary contact for wholesale clients, maintaining communication that reflects the brand’s luxury service standards. Offer product care guidance and training support to wholesale partners.
- System & Sales Support: Maintain and update internal systems (NuOrder, Sage), including product data, customer records, and seasonal line sheets. Provide daily sales operation support: order entry, replacements, and client queries.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Merchandising, Allocations, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth dispatches, returns, and collections.
