About The Role
The Aftersales Implementation Executive is primarily responsible for ensuring a smooth sales administration process, and delivery of Impeccable customer service. Supporting the day to day administration tasks of the optical direct sales team, the Aftersales Implementation Executive will service the company’s customers to the highest standards, and monitor the on-time delivery of the sales order book. Tasks include:
- Support Commercial Implementation Manager on the daily maintenance of the Company’s systems (Joor, Sage, etc)
- Manage all content on Joor, including updating product list according to category updates, managing customer information, and creating linesheets
- Be responsible for cross-referencing and maintaining excellence in data integrity on all Company’s systems
- Responsible for all sales administration and data entry and sales related paperwork.
- Provide system training to internal team or agents when required
- Execute admin tasks to support Sales team, including attaining new account forms from clients, preparing material/ price lists etc
- Creation of weekly / ad hoc reports to ensure sales team has up to date information
- Supply the global sales force with accurate information and support as and when required.
- Execute bulk order / customer profile updates when necessary
- Create and update all sales tools including seasonal and free stock linesheets
- Aftersales services including send free stock line sheets or provide imagery of orders for client reference
- Customer service including but not limited to answering query about products; process any defect, damage, or spare part requests; track any outstanding returns and follow up with customers accordingly
- Liaise with other internal team to ensure seasonal updates are on track, including new images and new season sku list
- Organization of sample sets and logistics of those for London showroom, tradeshows, international showrooms, and any other travel
- Organization and management of agent’s sample sets:
- Management of each agent’s current samples on hand
- Oversee all past season samples return
- Assist in ensuring timely delivery of new season samples
- Manage all paperwork on system relating to sample movements
- Support the on-time delivery of the sales order book and goods out process.
- Liaising with Accounts Receivable to collect on outstanding debts
- Assist Commercial Implementation Manager in improving current processing, log any known issues, and make suggestions for improvement
