About Linda AI
Healthcare runs on conversations - scheduling, intake, triage, refills, follow-ups. But humans are drowning in them. Linda AI builds autonomous healthcare agents that handle these workflows end-to-end, over voice, with the reliability and context clinical environments demand. Our agents don’t just “talk.” They understand, reason, remember, and take action inside real healthcare systems. Clinics rely on Linda every day for patient communication, operational execution, and workflow automation at scale. We’re backed by top-tier investors, and we’re growing quickly across the UK.
Our Culture
- We win as a team: We move together, communicate openly, and expect everyone to raise the bar for each other.
- We build at the frontier: We operate where real-time voice, distributed systems, and agent reasoning intersect - a place where the challenges are hard and the impact is immediate.
- We move fast and work hard: We ship quickly, we iterate directly with customers, and we hold ourselves to a high standard because patients and clinicians rely on us.
- We have strong points of view: We expect engineers to think deeply, bring perspective, and help shape how autonomous agents should work in the real world.
- We work in person every day: from our London or Dublin office - high bandwidth, high trust.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Founding Account Executive to bring Linda into more clinics across the UK. You’ll be one of the first commercial hires — helping to define our sales motion, build relationships with decision-makers, and close deals that drive immediate impact for patients and care teams. This is a rare opportunity to join an AI-first company at an inflection point. You’ll work closely with the founders, shape our go-to-market strategy, and lay the foundations for a high-performing revenue team.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-end pipeline ownership — from prospecting and outreach through to closing and post-sale expansion.
- Multi-channel outbound — cold calling, email, LinkedIn, events — you’ll experiment and refine what works best.
- Lead sourcing strategy — identify key stakeholders across dental clinics.
- Solution selling — deeply understand prospects’ workflows and show how Linda unlocks real efficiency and patient access.
- Cross-functional collaboration — work closely with product, engineering, and ops to relay customer insights and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Customer relationships — build long-term trust and maximise account value through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.
- Sales infrastructure — help build out the early sales toolkit: from messaging to CRM processes to case studies.
Who You Are
You’re a fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of sales experience.
- Are comfortable being the first on the ground — figuring things out, testing scripts, and iterating fast.
- Communicate clearly and confidently across channels — phone, email, LinkedIn, in-person.
- Take ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where speed and precision matter.
- Are curious and coachable — you seek feedback and constantly improve.
- Love solving problems and asking smart questions — especially in complex or technical sales.
- Are excited about working in person with a high-output team in London.
It’s a plus if you:
- Experience selling into healthcare or clinical environments.
- Background in a fast-scaling startup or as an early sales hire.
- Strong writing skills — for outbound, proposals, and internal clarity.
- An entrepreneurial mindset — you love building, not just running playbooks.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary + meaningful equity
- In-person culture in London or Dublin
- Free team dinners every evening
- A senior, focused, high-output team
- The chance to build foundational technology that directly affects patient access and clinic operations
- Immediate impact — your work goes into production and touches real patients within days, not months.
