Lind Triumph Central London in Vauxhall is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our Service and Parts teams. This permanent role offers an OTE of £38,000 per annum and a clear path to develop the business and people with focus on exceptional customer experience.
The successful candidate will drive workshop, parts and clothing operations, collaborate with the manufacturer, achieve business plans and KPI targets, and foster a fun, high-performing team committed to bikes and customer satisfaction.
