The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance (LNAA) provides lifesaving critical care to the communities of Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire, funded by public donations. If somebody is involved in a serious incident or suddenly taken ill, speed and time are of the essence. Giving a patient the best chance of survival, our Air Ambulance crew effectively take the A&E department to the scene of the emergency. Rated outstanding by the Care Quality Commission across all five areas that were inspected – Safe, Caring, Effective, Responsive and Well led, we are a friendly, inclusive, and dynamic team focused on ensuring we deliver the best possible service. About the Role

Join Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance as a Charity Van Driver and help support our life‑saving service. You’ll collect and deliver donated goods and furniture across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire, providing excellent customer service while supporting our busy retail operation. This is a physically active role ideal for someone with van driving experience, strong communication skills, and a team‑focused approach.

  • Annual Leave of 25 days, which increases by 1 additional day per completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days, in addition to bank holidays (pro rata for part time staff)
  • Additional days leave for your birthday
  • Pension scheme includes 6% employer contributions, with 4% employee contribution

  • Life insurance at 3 times your annual salary*

*On completion of probationary period.

A full driving licence is required for this role.
