Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 per week.
Salary: £26,227. Contract: Permanent.
Reporting to: Volunteer Manager and People & Culture (P&C) Co‑ordinator.

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Volunteer, People & Culture Administrator to join our team. In this varied role you will provide essential administrative support across volunteering and People & Culture functions. You will support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing engagement for volunteers and employees, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, you will help deliver a positive experience for volunteers and colleagues, maintain accurate records, support compliance with key policies and procedures, and contribute to engagement initiatives, inductions, training activities and wider organisational projects that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy administrative role, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about supporting people and making a difference within a values‑driven organisation.
